Otis has over 15 years experience in recruiting that is reflected in the Bishop Placement Services’s high standards of professionalism throughout the recruiting process. Otis served four years (2005-2009) as the President of the Tennessee Recruiters Association and is currently serving as past President and board member. Otis previously served as a board director of the National Association of Personnel Services. Otis is also a Certified Employee Retention Specialist and a Certified Personnel Consultant. Otis's experience also includes 25 years in management and ownership in the Restaurant Industry, prior to the recruiting business. Otis is currently the president of the Tennessee Honda Riders’ Club. Otis and Tina serve as Taskforce Leaders for the Ride for Kids event in Middle TN that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of America.

Tina has over 14 years of experience as a professionally recruiter. She recruits both locally and nationally for the Hospitality Industry and locally for clients in the Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and Sales industry. Tina holds the following certifications: Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS), and Foodservice Management Professional (FMP). Tina is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and she is a certified proctor for the FMP program. Prior to recruiting, Tina spent 20 years with a fortune 500 restaurant company. Tina served as Director of Human Resources, Director of Training, and Director of Concept Development and spent more than 12 years as an Area Supervisor in operations. Tina serves as the Treasurer for the Tennessee Honda Riders Club. Doug has been recruiting professionally for more than 4 years in the Retail and Specialty Industry. Doug is a Certified Personnel Consultant. He has 20 years of retail experience included national and international retail start-ups, training, troubleshooting and high volume big box management experience. Doug has been a trainer, having taught recruiting techniques and selling skills for both subordinates and peers alike in the Retail Industry. He has provided motivational seminars nationally for several large retail companies. Doug has been a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity Projects since 2005. He is heading up our second location that opened Dec 2009 in Clarksville, Tennessee and looks forward to being involved and serving his local community as well as his national clients.
Dave Harmon, Recruiter
Dave began recruiting after directing marketing for an automotive start-up and retail dealership group. His responsibility included recruiting and hiring candidates along with creating a new employee training program for automotive loan processing. Dave has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. He volunteers with helping not-for-profit organizations and churches develop web marketing and social networking strategies. He enjoys playing trombone in a big band and is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association. Dave brings his creativity, business understanding, and his passion to serving the needs of both company and candidate.
